There’s a lot to be said about being signed to a management agency. To many it’s a statement to the world that you’ve finally made it as a creative professional. It allows you to focus the entirety of your energy to your craft, while working with big name clients in the industry. More importantly it means you no longer have to deal with painful admin jobs such as invoicing, or chasing payments.

For our next Doodle Social we’ve partnered with creative management and media consultancy, B&A Reps to bring you a host of talks, workshops and creativity.
Bernstein & Andriulli (B&A Reps) are a premier creative management agency and media consultancy who oversee an array of talent from illustrators and photographers, animators, interactive and experiential producers. Founded in New York over 40 years ago the agency has expanded with offices in London, Sydney and Shanghai.

They represent some of the biggest names within the industry including Shotopop, Radio, Rose Blake and Serial Cut. Their UK roster holds around 40 artists at the forefront of their disciplines, working on every possible sort of project from Editorial to Experiential!
While a large number of creatives are in constant pursuit to be signed by an agency, the roles they play, while crucial, are often not always fully understood, or known about. London based agent for Illustration and Digital, Karlie McCulloch, shone some light onto the day to day workings of B&A and the role they play when dealing with both talent and clients.
‘Everyday at B&A is different - We are constantly seeking out new clients and partnerships for our roster whilst managing ongoing jobs and making sure portfolios (both physical and digital) are up to date.
The artists are integral to our everyday, from having a pint, tweaking portfolios and high fiving them on their successes.’
