Zara Zaman Khan is a left field Pakistani interior designer known for her unconventional style and approach to life. Khan’s professional journey began in her mid 20’s as an NCA drop-out, which eventually led her from designing prominent venues in Pakistan to traveling the world on a path of self discovery.

Her current commercial work entails civil works, indoor construction, architectural plans and customized furniture. She is a vital symbol of female empowerment and ideologies of alternative lifestyles in Pakistan.

She partakes in gender equality movements and has been involved in documentaries raising awareness on gender stereotypes. In a country where conformism is the norm, Zara kicked back against cultural restraints to ultimately surviving and rising as a symbol of independence and a true flag bearer of creative freedom.
