IDEO (pronounced “eye-dee-oh”) is an award-winning global design firm that takes a human-centered, design-based approach to helping organizations in the public and private sectors innovate and grow. We identify new ways to serve and support people by uncovering latent needs, behaviours, and desires. Will is the Industrial Design + Project Lead from IDEO's London Office and will guide us through what makes IDEO, IDEO.

David Bailey's design and creative background spans from being a key member of The Designers Republic during the nineties and noughties to setting up Kiosk – and in November 2013 David joined the BBC as Creative Director in UX&D overseeing the BBC's Global Experience Language (GEL), which involves maintaining and developing the look and feel of the corporation's entire online output.
